WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is a flexible connectivity infrastructure for integrating applications and services. An ESB provides the connectivity to implement a service-oriented architecture (SOA), reducing the complexity of integrating applications and services. With WebSphere ESB, you can focus on your core business initiatives instead of IT maintenance. The ESB is implemented in software that operates between the business applications, and enables communication among them. Ideally, the ESB should be able to replace all direct contact with the applications on the bus, so that all communication takes place via the ESB. To achieve this objective, the ESB must encapsulate the functionality offered by its component applications in a meaningful way. This typically occurs through the use of an enterprise message model. The message model defines a standard set of messages that the ESB transmits and receives. Why ESB is used? ESB, a middleware technology, is a Bus-like architecture used to integrate heterogeneous systems. In ESB, each application is independent and yet able to communicate with other systems. It, thus, prevents scalability issues and ensures that communication happens only through it. What are objectives and learning outcomes of this course? This course teaches the basics of the administration and deployment of service-based applications and message mediations in IBM WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) 7.0 and 7.5. It provides the participants with the skills they need to install, configure, and manage WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus applications and to troubleshoot common problems. This course has been designed in such a way that it is very easy for you to acquire and expand your IBM WebSphere ESB skills quickly. So, you can start working in this field once you complete the training successfully. What is ESB IBM? WebSphere ESB is a service-oriented architecture (SOA) integration platform built on a uniform invocation programming model and a uniform data representation model. Service applications and service modules. A service module is a Service Component Architecture (SCA) module that provides services in the run time. Click here: IBM WebSphere ESB Course Online
